1. Application

These Conditions apply to all dealings between you and Lunar Orchid, operating from Kobe, Hyogo, Japan. If we agree separate terms with you for a particular engagement, those terms prevail for that engagement, but these Conditions continue to apply for all other matters. Any matter not addressed by specific terms or these Conditions shall be governed by Japanese law and customary trade practice.

2. Your responsibilities

We are not liable for problems arising from inaccurate details you provide. Payment terms and accepted methods will be communicated when you place an order. Bank transfer fees, if applicable, are your responsibility. If your requirements change after an order is confirmed, any resulting additional work will be quoted separately before we proceed. Overdue amounts may incur interest at a rate of 14.6% per annum, calculated from the due date until full payment is received.

5. Cancellation and changes

You may cancel or reschedule a plant-based skincare for mature skin engagement by contacting Lunar Orchid before the agreed service date. Depending on the stage of preparation, a cancellation fee may apply. The fee amount varies by service type and timing and details will be provided at the time of booking. If we are unable to deliver a service due to our own circumstances, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund of any amount already paid.

6. Warranties and disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by Japanese law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you have actually paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim. 8. Intellectual property

11. Severability

If any provision of these Conditions governing Lunar Orchid's plant-based skincare for mature skin services is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Amendments

Lunar Orchid may update these Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our plant-based skincare for mature skin offerings.
